Hayat Ahmed is one of the sexiest Ethiopian women alive! Born in 1983, Hayat’s Arabic name means “life” and she sure knows how to live. Ahmed represented Ethiopia in the 2003 Miss World pageant. She was the first women from Ethiopia to appear in the contest. A group of 100 women entered the contest and Hayat made the semifinals. She was awarded with the title, “Continental Queen of Beauty – Africa”. Nowadays, Ahmed focuses on promoting HIV/AIDS awareness to other parts of Ethiopia. In that effort, she runs the controversial café, “Bellisima”, where all patrons receive a condom with the bill.
